I bought an Alegre guitar in Lapu Lapu. It was an Ovation style acoustic/ electric. After 3 months the bottom bulged out. It was not properly constructed. I took it to three different luthiers in the US and they said it was impossible to repair. It was a new model for them and they did not know how to make it properly.
Now, I am going back to Cebu in January 2012. i would like to return it for a credit against a new guitar. How can I contact the Alegre factory?
